Radiofrequency in logistics, with the usage of Wireless industrial PDA and vehicular systems, create the premises for increasing
efficiency in the distribution, eliminating “paper processing” in the receiving, shipment and warehouse management. The data are
automatically processed, on the field, by warehouse personnel and by the carrier, at the moment of the material movement, with the
mobile computers connected to the enterprise server via Wireless networking. The data are immediately updated in ERP or Supply Chain
Management System, in realtime, without errors.
With the introduction of auto-identification, using RFID tags that allow to recognise simultaneously and without assistance, items
located at the distance of meters, logistic organisations move further steps in the efficiency and cost reduction. In USA, ASIA

The analyst foresee that in few years the RFID will be the main identification system in different sectors, first at all in the sales
of high value goods.

permeability of the material). The RFID not only reduce the need of resources in the identification and recording of the information
related to material movement, it eliminate the possibility of identification errors and its consequences.
